Global travel necessitates managing the minutes of details to insure the success of a trip. Without this attention to precision, a trip can go disastrously wrong! And, we have all had that nightmare.

Having travelled to Australia for eleven-years, I can assure you no one stays on top of the details for his clients like Uben Naidoo of Jetsetter Car Rentals.

Disembarking from a plane after 17 hours,the last thing you want is a problem.

In the time that I have been using Jetsetter Car Rentals,I have never had the slightest level of inconvenience or delay due to a mistake on the part of Uben or his team of customer service managers.

This is the second time we used Jetsetter for our car hire.

 

Our last trip was about 7 and a half years ago where we found Uben and liked the convenience of being so close to the airport and close to our accommodation. Uben was very helpful in getting a car prepared for us with 2 car seats as we had our two eldest daughters Alessia (2 years old) and Amelia who was only 6mths old.

This time we did not even look into other companies!

When i called to make a booking Uben told me that he didn’t remember us (not that i thought he would!) but i told him he may remember us when he sees us in person!! And that he did!

He was very prompt in coming to pick us up at the airport, was able to again give us a reliable car that we used for our 8 day stay.He even upgraded to his luxury car range,a toyota avalon with all the bells and whistles and even cruise control you know,and all this at no extra cost.

It is a pleasure doing business with you Uben and rest assured that as long as we keep visiting the Gold Coast we will keep coming back to you.

I have no hesitation in recommending Jetsetter to other families with young children whilst they visit the Gold Coast.

My family and friends travelled to QLD in January 2010 and after searching the internet we found Jetsetter Car Rentals and received a great quote for a 8 seater vehicle.
